A meteor has crashed into Kreludor, which is nothing new, but this one seems...strange.

It's also one of the few meteors that is large in size...

We're updated the rules, clarified some things further, updated the CSS rules guidelines to be more lax and went into further information about our policy on the kind of language that's acceptable on Moderneopets.

Hope this clears up some questions you may have had, and we'll be looking into more clarifications and changes to it later.

Faerieland's doors open yet again! The Faerieland Employment Agency has launched with plenty of requests for owners and their Neopets to complete for rewards. Some rewards are more generous than others, and some jobs require special coupons that you can get around the site.


Since our Employment Agency works a bit different from normal Neopets, we've made a handy Differences page that you can access whilst you're there, which will explain the ins and outs of our system for you.

To celebrate Ginko day, we're releasing Ginko memorabilia! Thank to the creator of the Ginko, Under - we have a few items to drop off to you all... 16 plushies, 2 books and a toy! To make things better and to add the cherry on top - we've imbued 6 of those plushies with magic, so it'll be even easier to get your very own Ginko in some nice colours now.

You must forgive these cute little creatures, for they do not have sight! They instead use their other senses to navigate around and aren't used too being outside of their natural cave habitat. However it seems like they've been discovered on Moderneopets recently and are excited at the thought of making friends, so they've come out of hiding!

You can create them right away over at create a pet, but if you're lacking in pet slots (due to obsessively hoarding all your favourite names) then do not fret! There are a bunch of Ginko morphing potions out now and stocking in Kaus, so I guess it's time you stalk her wares to see if she's got any.
