The Neopian Second-Hand Shoppe has opened! It works a bit differently than what you might expect.
We're aware that there are many unobtainable items on Moderneo and we're working to improve that!
Some of which were brought to our attention were Paint Brush Clothing items.
Not only were they unobtainable through the site (bar wishing well) they were also un-tradeable.


Now you can find them stocking in the Second-Hand Shoppe for around 5,000~ NP a piece.
They have also been made tradable to help out those who want to collect them!

Please note we will be tweaking how much gets stocked as right now it seems it only stocks a couple of items at a time.
