The discovery of a number of Ancient Unearthed Mystery Potions have stirred up quite a fuss on Neopia! Fortunately, Kauvara was able to get her hooves on a few and stabilize the formula, creating a new line of Tatsu Morphing Potions. These new potions will now stock in her shop!




Always a rare sight, the Tatsu once existed in Neopia before suddenly disappearing completely one day. Many theories were formed in regard to their disappearance, with some doubting they ever existed in the first place. It's hard to think these large dragons could simply vanish, but we're thankful they're back!

Tatsu are a friendly bunch and hope to be greeted with open arms. They'll show their gratitude with a deep loyalty and protecting you and your home. Though be aware, they have a big appetite- so be sure to feed them plenty! Don't worry, anything will do. They're not picky, they're just happy to be here!

Along with Kauvara's many discoveries, she has noted details down and you can now see all genetic markups and possibilities of Tatsu's in the Rainbow Pool.



But that's not all! In celebration, several shops are now offering a selection of fun Tatsu items. Read intriguing Tatsu books, enjoy delicious themed chocolates and sweets, or cuddle up with a brand new Tatsu plushie!



This absolutely massive update includes 65 new items and 28 colours to start the Tatsu on its journey here in Moderneopets, and it's all thanks to our incredibly hard working and talented artist Deebs, thank you so much and we hope you shower them with your love too! <3

The party last time went so well that it attracted even more Pastel pets to join in the fun! There are yet another SIX new pastel colours being added to our arsenal of pastel pretties, truly turning Moderneopets into more and more of a Pastel Paradise!

Longing for an item that has been eluding you in the shops for so, so long? Maybe the object of your desire is completely out of reach, unobtainable through normal means? Well well well... it seems like this new feature will be able to help you...for a fee, of course. Nothing comes free in life, after all.

The Wishing Well has finally awoken in Neopia Centrals Plaza, and it will be granting wishes in exchange for your coin. Though depending on what kind of item you wish for, there might be a much higher price to pay... You see, the Well gathers its power from the charity of the Neopians who wish to it - and the more Neopoints it receives the stronger it becomes.

If the well gets a minimum of 1,500,000 Neopoints in THAT cycle - it will be able to overcome the Rarity 89 limit. However, there are still quite a few items that are just too valuable for it to conjure, so it's best to check the blacklist before you throw in your wishes.

It has the power to do two giving cycles a day, which last for 12 hours each. It will choose 10 lucky Neopians each cycle (and will not choose the same Neopian twice in that cycle) and grant their wish if possible. The more you donate and the lower the rarity of the item you wish for - the higher your chances of being chosen, albeit only slightly.

So if you want to get those rare items from The Wishing Well, you'll have to combine your efforts to reach that 1,500,000 Neopoints goal - or maybe have a rich Neopian friend donate that amount themselves! Either way - once that cycle has hit the minimum, everyone in that cycle of wishes unlocks the chance of r89+ items being given.

What's that in the sky? Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No... it appears to be three new Wocky colours coming towards us with incredible speeds! You might want to dodge!

Depending on what kind of Neopian you are - today is a day to either celebrate or dread... for today The Neopian Pound opens its doors to Neopians far and wide to either discard their unwanted Neopets - or pick up those who have been carelessly and heartlessly abandoned.

Don't fret though, as the pound does far more than just take in unwanted Neopets. Their services allow you to transfer your Neopet to a friend or other wanting owner, and even allow you to exchange Neopets completely with another Neopian.

If that wasn't impressive enough - they also have the ability to swap the identification numbers that are given to each pet on birth. Allowing you to get the perfect number for your pet... if you can find someone willing to trade that number, of course.

These services do not come free though, and depending on what service you want to use with certain Pets you can end up racking up quite the Neopoint bill... but without charging the pound won't be able to continue their service, so it's something we'll have to suffer with.

These mysterious statues forged out of maractite ore seem to have come alive!

Who knows what this entails! All we know is they look awesome.
